1. Mix water and salt.
2. Remove pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin, rinse well and place in water with salt. Leave for 5 minutes. Adjust the amount of salt to your taste.
3. Remove the seeds from the salt water and dry them well with a towel.
4. Take a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry the pumpkin seeds over low heat, stirring constantly. Cooking time depends on the type of seeds and their size, approximately 12 to 20 minutes.
5. Remove the seeds from the pan and let cool.
