For the spaghetti with ground beef (spaghetti bolognese) choose durum wheat pasta.
If you want to achieve a more original taste, mix several types of meat, for example: beef-pork, beef-pork-chicken.
You can experiment with the ingredients for this dish, use different herbs and spices, add several types of cheese, such as mozzarella.

1. Put a pot of water on the fire, add salt. After the water boils, put the spaghetti in it.
2. While the pasta is boiling, peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
3. Into a heated frying pan pour olive oil, butter and onion and fry until golden brown and half cooked, then add the ground beef and stir well until the mince breaks up into small pieces.

1. Wash and chop the tomato, place it in a blender.
2. Add peeled garlic, salt and spices to the tomatoes. Beat in a blender.

1. Pour the sauce into the frying pan with the onions and beef, mix well.
2. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat the ground beef in the sauce for approximately 15-20 minutes.
3. Place the finished spaghetti on a serving plate, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. If desired, you can garnish with fresh basil leaves.
