1. Peel and freeze the banana. Separate a portion of 30 g and leave for decoration.
2. Combine the ingredients (banana, mango sauce, coconut milk) and beat with a blender.
3. Pour the smoothie into a salad bowl (banana, kiwi, pear), cut into slices or cubes, put on top of the smoothie and sprinkle with chia seeds and nuts.
