1. Cut the pepper into very small cubes.
2. Boil an egg and remove the yolk. Beat the boiled yolk with a fork or spoon.
3. In a bowl, mix: egg yolk, sour cream, mustard, tomato paste.
4. Add pepper and salt.
5. Mix well and refrigerate until use.
