A simple and at the same time satisfying dish, potatoes and meat combined with herbs and cream give a delicate and at the same time piquant taste. This dish is perfect for lunch or a holiday dinner.
I use pork in this recipe, but you can replace it with chicken or beef – at your discretion.

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces.
2. Cut the meat into medium pieces, add spices, salt and mix well.
3. Fry the meat in a frying pan with vegetable oil for one minute on both sides until golden brown, no need to cook it until cooked.
4. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Also peel and chop the garlic.
5. Place potatoes, onions, garlic, fried meat in a baking dish, squeeze a little juice from half an orange directly into the dish (chop the rest of the orange and also add to the dish), pepper, salt and pour cream and honey. Mix the ingredients well. Cover the baking dish with a lid or foil. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 356°F (180°C).
