Ingredients

Directions

A hearty and healthy dish of stewed pork ribs with vegetables.
I like to add honey to this dish, it enhances the taste of the meat with sweet notes and the taste of the whole dish becomes richer.
You can also add to this dish, in addition to black pepper, a mixture of spices for pork (dry red paprika, coriander, basil, rosemary, thyme), this will add additional piquancy to your dish.

Steps

Done

preparation

1. Rinse, dry with paper towel and cut pork ribs.
2. In a frying pan, lightly fry the pork ribs on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
3. While the ribs are frying, peel the onions, carrots, bell peppers and zucchini and cut into cubes.
4. Place the fried ribs in a roasting pan, where they will be stewed.
5. In the pan where the ribs were fried, lightly fry the garlic, onions, carrots, bell peppers and zucchini.
6. Add vegetables to the fried ribs, salt, pepper, add honey and mix, add a little water.
7. Cover the roasting pan with a tight lid and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, I prefer cilantro or parsley.

Bon appetit!
