1. Coarsely chop the carrot, onion and celery into arbitrary pieces. We put it in a pan. We send fish there. We all pour

FIRST STAGE

1. Defrost all prepared seafood. Fry in the order of priority and put in the soup. Finely chopped onion with
with garlic passed through a garlic press and chopped celery.
2. Fry carrots cut into circles separately. To the soup.
3. Using the same pan, slightly fry the tomato cut into small cubes. Add chopped chili pepper and a clove of garlic. Stir for a few seconds.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, a little salt. Simmer for 6-7 minutes. Season with ground coriander. Add 1-2 sprigs of fresh thyme Put in a pot with soup.

SECOND STAGE

1. Before adding fennel seeds to the soup, heat them in a dry, not very hot pan.
2. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the vacated pan. Let it warm up a little. Add sweet paprika. Mix thoroughly. We reduce the heat to a minimum.
3. Dilute the resulting paprika oil with a small amount of broth and pour into a saucepan.
4. Boil the soup for 5-7 minutes. After that, put in and boil all prepared seafood for another 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. At the end, add lemon juice to the soup or serve lemon slices separately.
