Chicken breast broth is very easy to prepare and is famous for its mild taste and beneficial properties. Chicken breast broth is a dietary and low-calorie dish. The broth can be eaten as a separate dish and eaten together with the meat on which it was cooked, or used strained in many other dishes, the broth is the basis for many first courses.

Here are some life hacks to help you make delicious chicken breast broth:

  1. Before simmering the chicken breasts, blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes. This helps remove impurities and results in a clearer broth. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface during blanching.
  2. Enhance the flavor of your broth by adding aromatic vegetables and herbs. Common choices include onions, carrots, celery, garlic, parsley, thyme, and bay leaves. Feel free to experiment with different combinations to suit your taste preferences.

PREPARATION

1. Rinse the chicken breast, add clean water, and cook over low heat.
2. Peel and wash the onions and carrots, chop coarsely.
3. As soon as the water with the chicken breast begins to heat up, white foam begins to form, it must be removed before boiling.
4. After the broth has boiled, add onions, carrots, and salt.
5. Cook the broth for 40 minutes at a very low boil - then it will remain transparent.
6. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, add bay leaf and black pepper to the broth if desired. Onions and carrots can be removed from the broth with a slotted spoon (but I serve the broth with vegetables).

The broth is ready and can be served. If desired, you can add a pinch of finely chopped fresh dill to each plate.
