2. Place in a saucepan, fill with clean water, put on fire, add salt.
3. Boil the broccoli until al dente, the broccoli should not be too soft.

1. Wash and chop the mushrooms.
2. Place the frying pan on high heat, pour the mushrooms and chopped onion into it, stir the mushrooms constantly, they should release moisture.
3. When the moisture has almost evaporated, reduce the heat and add butter, olive oil and a little salt.
4. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

1. Remove the broccoli from the water and place it on a paper towel to let the excess moisture drain away.
2. Add broccoli to mushrooms, stir gently.
3. Prepare the dressing: mix mayonnaise, cream, chopped garlic, a little salt in a deep bowl, mix thoroughly.
4. Pour the resulting dressing into the frying pan with broccoli and mushrooms, stir, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat.
5. Turn off the heat and let the dish sit for a while, covered, so that the flavors mix well and permeate.
