Directions
Cherry compote is a perfect summer drink, chill it in the fridge or add some ice cubes to the glass before drinking.
You can also add black currants, apples or other fruits and berries to the compote according to your taste.
Cherries contain vitamin C, beta-carotene, vitamin P, B vitamins, potassium, iron, as well as fiber and pectin. Eating cherries improves sleep and has an antidepressant effect.
