Instructions:1. Peel and dice the boiled potatoes. Dice the fresh cucumber. Dice the boiled eggs. Cook and dice the chicken breast meat. Chop the fresh dill and green onions. 2. Place chopped ingredients in a large bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard to the chopped ingredients, mix thoroughly, then add chicken broth. 3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until evenly coated with the dressing. 4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the okroshka for at least 1 hour, or until thoroughly chilled. Once chilled, give the okroshka a final stir.
