PREPARATION OF THE BASE

1. Soak 150 g of raw, cleaned sunflower seeds overnight, rinse in the morning, beat with water (2 liters), strain and squeeze lemon juice into the 'milk', you can add mustard.

PREPARATION OF OKROSHKA SALAD

1. Boil or steam potatoes.
2. Cut cucumbers, radishes and avocados into cubes, finely chop greens.
3. Mix everything in a saucepan, pour the 'milky' base and add crushed steamed new potatoes.
4. Salt to taste.
