Ingredients

Directions

Minced meat can be bought ready-made or made by yourself. To do this, the beef must be washed in cold water and cut into pieces; peel the onion. Grind the meat and onion together in a meat grinder or food processor.

Any cereal or vegetable salad is suitable as a side dish.
We serve with rice. Boil it in a ratio of 1:2.5 with water, salting it for about 15 minutes.

1. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. At the same time, soak the bread in milk, knead it with a fork.
2. Add onions and minced meat to the bread. Season with ground black pepper and salt to taste. Add an egg and mix thoroughly.
3. Form patties. Put the cutlets on a heated pan with oil. Fry for 7 minutes on each side. The fire is medium. At the end, you can cover with a lid and keep on low heat for another 5 minutes.
