Ingredients for 10 cheesecakes. Output: 450 g.

1. Rub the cheese through a sieve. Mix with egg, flour, erythritol and vanilla.
2. Knead the dough. Form balls of approximately 40 g each.
3. Put a berry in each ball (I like it with raspberries) and roll the cheesecake so that the berry is inside.
4. Ready-made cheesecakes can either be fried, or baked in the oven until readiness.

For the sauce, blend raspberries with banana and coconut yogurt in a blender until smooth.
