Try this delicious salmon poke bowl with quinoa, fresh veggies, and a light  dressing. Packed with omega-3 and flavor – the perfect healthy meal!

1. Boil the quinoa in 100 ml of water for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
2. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils.
3. Boil the chicken egg for 7 minutes from the moment the water boils, put it in cold water, then peel the egg.
4. Cut the cherry tomatoes into four parts. Cut half the avocado into slices. Cut the egg in half.
5. Make a delicious dressing for the dish: mix olive oil, salt, sugar and mustard in a separate bowl.
6. Cut the fresh salmon into slices and dip it in the sauce for a couple of minutes.
7. Put the quinoa, cherry tomatoes, salmon, avocado, egg and spinach on a plate. Remove the salmon from the sauce and add it to the dish, pour the remaining sauce over the entire dish, sprinkle with flax seeds.
