Directions

Here’s a recipe for Pork steak marinated in mayonnaise and spices.

I use homemade mayonnaise, but you can use store-bought mayonnaise. This dish goes great with Vegetable salad with cherry tomatoes.

Steps

1
Done

Making marinade

1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, paprika, ground cumin, dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place the pork steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Massage the marinade into the pork steaks to ensure they are well covered.
3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

2
Done

Cooking pork steaks

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Remove the pork steaks from the marinade and shake off any excess marinade.
3. Fry the pork steaks over medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, or rosemary if desired, and serve hot.

Enjoy these juicy and flavorful Pork steaks as a delicious main dish for any occasion!
