You can combine spices to your taste: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, star anise, various types of pepper, zest, mint, coriander, sea buckthorn berries + fresh ginger.
It is convenient to use filter packages.

1. We squeeze juice from a kilogram of mandarines (there will be about 600 ml), pouring one tangerine for decoration.
2. Add sugar or honey to taste and bring to a boil.
3. Lightly crush the spices in a mortar before adding them, put them in water and be sure to warm them for about 10 minutes (you can pre-heat them in a pan). Add to boiling water.
4. Add tangerine juice. We do not boil the juice, but only bring it to a boil.
5. Remove from heat and let stand.
6. Strain and add circles (or cubes) of tangerines for decoration.
