You can choose any nuts and dried fruits, I prefer walnuts, hazelnuts, prunes, dates and dried apricots.

preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients, except nuts and dried fruits, add them at the end.
2. Grind nuts, dry fruits can be cut.
3. Mold the dough with a sausage and cut it into small (about 2 cm) discs.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 356 °F (180 °C ) (depending on the oven) or more if you want it drier.
