Cottage cheese1. Grind the cottage cheese with maximum fat content through a sieve (you can beat it with a blender), but I prefer a sieve, the cottage cheese turns out more tender. |

Putting into mold1. Take a special pie pan without a bottom, cover the entire pan with gauze in 2 layers (the gauze should be slightly damp, you can pre-moisten it with water and squeeze it well). You can use similar shapes as in the photo. I made the yellow mold myself (I just cut off the bottom with a hot knife). Serving the dish We take the cottage cheese pie out of the refrigerator, carefully remove it from the mold, and decorate it to taste. |
