Directions

An ideal salad for both a holiday table and a regular lunch. By adding fresh cucumbers and apple to the salad, this version of the salad acquires notes of freshness and sweetness.

1. Boil potatoes and carrots in water until ready. Cool and clean.
2. Also boil the eggs, they should be boiled for 7 minutes after the water boils, then pour cold water and leave until cool.
3. Boil the chicken breast until tender in salted water with black pepper.

1. Cut carrots, potatoes, eggs, pickles, apple, cucumbers and chicken breast into cubes.
2. Add canned green peas to the salad and mix the salad well.
3. Set aside the required amount of salad in a separate container and season with mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Store leftover undressed salad in the refrigerator (undressed salad will stay fresh much longer. I recommend dressing the salad with dressing just before eating it).
