Directions

Quiche with Ham and Cheese is a savory pie that combines a rich, custard filling made from eggs, cream, and cheese, with the hearty flavors of ham. This dish is typically baked in a flaky pastry crust and can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature, making it a versatile option for brunch, lunch, or dinner.

If you want to save time, you can buy quiche preparation at the store in advance.

To prevent a soggy bottom, consider pre-baking the pastry crust for about 10 minutes before adding the filling. This helps to set the crust and ensures it stays crisp.

Quiche is a great way to use up leftover meats, vegetables, and cheeses. Feel free to customize the filling with whatever you have on hand, such as sautéed onions, spinach, or different types of cheese.

For a smooth and creamy filling, whisk the eggs and cream together until fully combined. This ensures even distribution of flavors and prevents clumping.
