1. Wash and grate the zucchini.
2. Cut the tomato into small pieces.
3. Place a frying pan on the fire and fry the bacon on both sides.
4. Add zucchini and tomatoes to the frying pan and fry over high heat until the moisture evaporates a little.
5. While the vegetables and bacon are fried, prepare an omelet, thoroughly beat the eggs with milk, add salt, pepper, spices to taste, you can add a little baking soda (1/5 teaspoon), then the frittata will come out more fluffy.
6. When the vegetables are almost ready, pour the egg and milk mixture into the frying pan, carefully mix the filling with the egg, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low.
7. When the egg mixture is ready (no longer liquid), your frittata is ready.
8. Sprinkle the frittata with fresh basil leaves and serve.
