A simple and hearty version of olivier for vegans.
Cucumbers can be taken both fresh and salted.
If desired, you can also add an apple.

1. Boil potatoes and carrots in water until ready. Cool and clean.
2. -We soak 100 g of cashews for an hour. Drain the water, rinse.

1. Pour cashew nuts into a blender, pour water so that it covers the nuts evenly.
2. Blend to a homogeneous mass.
3. Add finely chopped dill, green onion, 3 cloves of garlic and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
