Directions

1. Variety of ingredients: pickle is a dish that can be varied. Add to it the meat or sausage that you like, and experiment with vegetables to give the dish a special taste.
2. The right broth: The main secret of solyanka is a tasty broth. Broth options can vary from chicken to beef or fish. It is important to let it infuse so that the flavors combine well.
3. Serving: Traditionally, solyanka is served with lemon and capers, which add freshness and sour taste. You can also add lemon wedges or pickles.
4. Cooling time: Solyanka becomes even tastier when it ‘rests’ a little after cooking. Let it stand for a while so that the flavors are well developed.

This pickle is ready to serve! It can be served with lemon and greens (for example, with parsley or cilantro), you can add a little sour cream.
