Directions

To make the meatballs in the soup soft and juicy, I mix 2 types of meat: chicken and pork.

The secret to the softness of the meatballs and the rich flavor of the soup itself is to slowly simmer the soup over low heat after adding the meatballs.

Soup

1. Place a pan of water on the fire.
2. Peel vegetables: potatoes, onions, carrots.
3. Cut all the vegetables into cubes. Place the potatoes in a saucepan with water.
4. In a frying pan, fry onions and carrots in a small amount of oil for about 5 minutes.
5. Add fried onions and carrots to a pan with water, salt and pepper. Let it cook.

1. While the soup is cooking, start preparing the meatballs.
2. Grind chicken, pork and onions in a blender into minced meat. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
3. Form small meatballs.
