Yield: 70 g of raw dough, 60 g in finished cooled form.

1. Beat the eggs with a whisk with salt.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the banana, and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and bake on both sides until ready for about 5 minutes.
4. Cut the banana into circles, place on the prepared wafer. You can also add raspberries.
5. You can sprinkle with coconut shavings.
