Marinate the chicken

1. Cut the chicken wings at the joints, discarding the wing tips. Rinse the wings thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Place the wings in a bowl, add salt, freshly ground black pepper, and garlic powder, mix well, and let sit for 15-20 minutes.

1. For the batter, break an egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper. Beat well until smooth.
2. Add 120 ml of water and mix again.
3. Then add flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain.
