Crab cheese balls – quick and delicious appetizer is perfect for a holiday table, a buffet, or a casual snack at home. It’s made with juicy crab sticks, processed cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and garlic, while mayonnaise adds a delicate, creamy texture. The dish requires no cooking and is ready in just 15-20 minutes.

1. Grate the crab sticks on a fine grater. Set aside a third of the grated crab sticks to decorate the appetizer. To make it easier to grate crab sticks, first place them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
2. Boil the eggs hard, then cool and grate them.
3. Also place the processed cheese in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then grate on a fine grater.
4. In a bowl, combine grated crab sticks, cream cheese and eggs. Add the garlic clove passed through a press and mayonnaise. Mix well.
5. Form balls from the resulting mass, then roll them in crab stick shavings.
