Directions

Instead of tomato sauce with basil, you can use ordinary tomato paste, to which you should add dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Instead of porcini mushrooms, you can use any porcini mushrooms.

1. Mix the dry ingredients, then gradually add the liquid ones. Roll out the dough.
2. Cut the red onion into thin half rings. Cut bell pepper into thin slices. Cut pitted black olives into small rings.
3. Put the filling on the pizza.
4. Cook for 15 minutes at 482 °F (250 °C)
degrees.
5. If desired, you can add chopped arugula to the finished pizza.
