COOKING SALMON

1. Marinate the salmon fillet in soy sauce, 3 g lemon juice and olive oil for 10 minutes.
2. Put to bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

1. Dress cauliflower tabbouleh with herb sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste and mix.
2. Place tabbouleh on a plate, along with boiled rice and baked salmon.
